Do I have to book online?
Do I have to wear Jumparooz socks?
Yes, these are the only jump socks that have been safely tested on the Jumparooz equipment that meet British Safety Standards. As well as preventing injury, they are also hygienic. Socks can be purchased for the minimal fee of £1.50 on arrival, these can then be kept and reused on further visits.
At Jumparooz Inflatable Play Park Ashton, standard socks must be worn at all times. Socks can be purchased for £1.00 on arrival.
When should I arrive for my booking?
We recommend arriving approximately 30 minutes prior to your session, to allow a reasonable amount of time for the booking process.
Do you supply refunds?
A refund will be made only if Jumparooz fails to adhere to the agreement made at the time of booking. All online bookings are treated as non-refundable within 7 days of the allotted time.
Why do you have a no backflips rule?
We are governed by certain rules which are there to keep our customers as safe as possible during their visit to Jumparooz. Diving, backflips and gainers (forward moving backflips) are not permitted due to our insurance policies terms and conditions.
What is included in the open jump sessions?
Jumparooz open jump sessions provide access to all of the arena equipment. There are also disco sessions that are included in your standard open jump at no extra cost. Please be aware restrictions apply for children 5 year old & under.
What are the minimum and maximum age restrictions to bounce?
We have no minimum or maximum age but certain rules apply to each session. For more information click here.
